Refund and Return Policy – Silencio

At Silencio, we develop high-performance products to improve our customers’ breathing, sleep, and overall performance. We want you to have complete confidence in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.


1. Period and Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a refund up to 30 days after receiving the product, even if it has already been used.

The product will first be inspected to confirm it is functional and has been used correctly before we approve the refund.

Special Conditions for the 30-Day Campaign:
To ensure quality and prevent misuse:

  • All strips, even used ones, must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The return will undergo a thorough inspection by our team to confirm the product is functional and to identify the reason for dissatisfaction.

  • The refund will only be approved after this evaluation.

  • If misuse, poor conservation, or non-compliance with the above conditions is detected, the return may be refused.


2. Eligibility Conditions

  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

  • The product must include all original parts and accessories.

  • Products sent to an address other than the one provided by Silencio will not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days after delivery.

  • In such cases, Silencio will cover all return shipping costs and may either replace the product or issue a full refund.


4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email at suporte@trysilencio.pt with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Receive Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Send the Product properly packaged, including all original components.

  4. Inspection: our team will verify if the product is functional and in compliance with the policy.

  5. Refund: if approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • In cases of defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, Silencio will cover the return shipping cost.

  • In cases of personal dissatisfaction (30-day guarantee), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Processing Times

  • Inspection: up to 7 business days after receipt.

  • Refund: up to 10 business days after approval.

  • The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.


7. Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges if the product has not yet been shipped.

  • If it has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order.


8. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order up to 2 hours after purchase.

  • If it has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.


9. Lost Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier.

  • Once the loss is confirmed, we will send a new product or issue a full refund.
